Break Par Golf provides golf instruction for educational and training purposes only. While every effort is made to help students improve their performance, results are not guaranteed. Each student’s progress depends on individual effort, fitness level, practice, and dedication.

Golf is a physical activity that carries a risk of injury. By participating in any lesson or program, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any injury or harm that may occur.
 

2. Liability Waiver

By booking or attending a golf lesson, clinic, or on-course session, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with golf instruction and physical activity. Break Par Golf, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, property damage, or losses sustained during participation.

If the student is a minor, the parent or guardian acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the child’s participation and associated risks.

3. Privacy Policy

We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and golf experience when you schedule a lesson or contact us. This information is used solely for:

Scheduling and managing your lessons

Communicating updates or changes

Sending reminders or follow-ups

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

We may use trusted third-party platforms (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar, and payment processors like PayPal or Venmo) to manage bookings and payments. These services have their own privacy policies.

4. Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use cookies or analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to improve site performance and understand user behavior. Cookies can be disabled through your browser settings.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due after the lesson and can accept Zelle, Venmo or checks made to Break Par.

Cancellations preferred to be done at least 24 hours in advance.

Package lessons must be used within 12 months of purchase.

6. Jurisdiction

This website and its terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. By using this site and engaging in coaching services, you agree that any legal matters will be handled in the appropriate courts located in San Mateo County, California.
